Order Fulfilment & Order Processing
We receive orders in many ways whether it is web receipts, CSV or PDF files that require manual data entry, or orders directly input into our website, we can offer you a solution for all. Our preferred and suggested method is to receive orders via file transfer at agreed daily slot times.
These files can be sent either as an e-mail attachment to your account manager or posted to a secure FTP site. The files are in a pre-agreed format that can be auto uploaded into our system without any data manipulation or manual data entry.
We provide a wide range of packaging services and will pack specifically to your required standard. All orders received today are despatched today, after despatch of your orders is complete we would export a file back to you in a pre-agreed format that your in-house system can import.
