Our, in-house developed, transactional returns processing system, enables our clients to have complete control over the final disposition of their returns and real time visibility of inventory and processing levels.
You have the ability to manage your disposition rules at a SKU level for both single item and carton stock.
By barcode scanning each individual returned item, our system can provide you with an accurate record of each returned consignment.
This data rich environment allows you to interrogate the processing data right down to individual unit, retailer, store and returns authorisation number (RAN) levels.
Retained stock can be stored within our fully insured warehousing facility, which has 24hr on site security and full coverage digital CCTV.
We operate a “pay as you use” storage model, so you only pay for the storage you’ve actually used.
In some circumstances, it is a requirement to securely destroy returned stock. We can provide both on-site destruction of printed media and also manage the destruction of other stock types, including W.E.E.E., through our approved waste management partners.
